1 King School Store
1.1 Who is the King School Store?
The King School Store, run by the Parents' Association, offers a variety of King School merchandise for children and adults including:
- Specialty Items – Spirit items, coffee mugs, pens, pencils, canvas bags, stuffed animals, etc.
- Athletic Wear – LS, MS and US Physical Education wear, including shorts, t-shirts, sweatpants, and sweatshirts
- Logo Wear – Logo items including fleeces, pullovers, umbrellas, t-shirts, pajama pants, socks and wool hats

Location: "The Little Red House" behind the Lower School playground
Directions: Enter campus from the South Entrance on Intervale Road East. Stay to the left, following the sign to the Lower School. Turn right into the first parking lot and look for the red building behind the white fence.
Please only park in the parking spots marked for the School Store.

2 Dress code 2024/25
2.1 Is Lands End the vendor for the jackets, sweaters, and skorts?
Lands End is our vendor and kilts - skorts - are only available through that vendor.

Everything else can be purchased from Lands End, but can also be purchased elsewhere. For example, the khaki pants, daily skorts, sweaters, and polos (no large logos) can be purchased from The Children's Place, or Zara, or Tommy Hiliger, or Primary, or Target. Anywhere you prefer.

3 Online Order Pickup
3.1 How do I pickup my Online order?
In your email confirmation you will receive an access code for the box. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM FOLDER!!!

4.1 How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?

4.2 What hours is the school store open for pickup?
Hours:
Monday & Friday 7:45-8:45 a.m. & 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Wednesday 7:45-8:45 a.m. & 4:30-6:00 p.m.
If you are unable to do your pickup during normal business hours please contact us via email at [email protected] or call us at (203)322-3496 ext 371. We will arrange another option that will work for you.

5 Returns/Exchanges
5.1 What is the refund Policy?
Refund policy
The King school store can handle returns outside and in person during normal shopping hours. There may be a long wait. If you would like to return via curbside, contactless return please email [email protected]. We can arrange to do your return electronically by putting return on the original credit card you paid with.
We're so convinced you'll absolutely love our products, that we're willing to offer a 30 day risk free money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 30 days of making a purchase.
5.2 What about Sales or Clearance items?

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
5.3 What hours is the school store open for refunds or exchanges?

Monday & Friday, 7:45 - 8:45 a.m., and 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Wednesday, 7:45 - 8:45 a.m., and 4:30-6:00 p.m.
Reminder - please look at the school calendar. If the school is delayed or cancelled for any reason then the school store will be closed.
5.4 What if I can't make the store hours for a return/exchange?
We are happy to work with you to do everything online and setup an after hours curbside pickup.

5.5 What if I would like to see the exchange options in person versus picking replacement items online?
We would love to see you in person!! Please take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
