Refund policy

The King school store can handle returns outside and in person during normal shopping hours.  There may be a long wait.  If you would like to return via curbside, contactless return please email [email protected].  We can arrange to do your return electronically by putting return on the original credit card you paid with.

The King School Store will be open for shopping, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  We will be permitting two shoppers into the store at a time,  allowing for 20 minutes of shopping time, and 10 minutes for store cleaning. As a reminder, we ask that shoppers wear facemasks at ALL times, and observe social distancing.  We will be taking temperatures and collecting information for contact tracing, and we ask that you sanitize your hands prior to shopping.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

 

Shipping items

At this time we are not shipping any items.  There is curbside pickup for online orders or in person shopping BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
